These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to purchases made through this Site by the customer (“the Buyer”). The Terms are understood to be accepted by Buyer at the time the order is made.
In these Conditions, the word “Seller” means Federico Serrani srl, Via Vincenzo Bellini 26, 62105 Monte San Giusto (Italy). These Terms, together with the Order Confirmation, constitute the contract between the parties for the purchase of the Products and to which no other terms or conditions will apply. The contract may only be amended by agreement in writing or by e-mail.
A copy of these Terms may be stored electronically or printed by all users of the Site.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Seller reserves the right at any time and without notice to modify the information relating to the Products on the Site including, but not limited to, the prices, descriptions and availability of the Products. However, such changes will not affect the Orders that have already been accepted.
The Seller’s products are handmade and may have minor irregularities or imperfections due to their craftsmanship. These imperfections are not a manufacturing defect.
HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER
The insertion of personal information is essential for the execution of the Order.
Orders will be processed and the Products delivered will only be full Order. An Order is deemed to be complete if all required information has been correctly entered and these Terms have been accepted.
Orders are subject to availability of the Products and are subject to Seller’s approval.
The Order may be refused if:
- The information is incorrect (incorrect or inadequate payment estimate, incorrect billing estimate, incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or misleading information);
- There is an error on the Site for the Product (eg a price or product description error); or
- Products are no longer available for sale through the Site;
The Seller is not responsible for the withdrawal from the Site of any Product, for the removal or modification of the materials or contents of the Site, for refusing to execute an Order or to suspend the Transaction when it has begun managing it for each of the above reasons.
The Seller will make every reasonable effort to execute the Order and, where it is not possible, will cancel it in due time by returning the amount paid by Buyer.
Orders ready for shipment or already delivered cannot be cancelled.
PRICES
Product prices are indicated on the Website and will be confirmed in the Order Confirmation by e-mail.
All prices are in Euro and are inclusive of VAT. Any custom or additional expense is excluded and must be paid by the Buyer.
Shipping costs are available in the appropriate section of the Site.
Product Price Changes will not affect Orders already accepted and shipped.
CANCELLATION ORDER RIGHTS
The right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty and without any indication of any reason within the meaning of Articles 64 et seq. Of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumers Code”).
Buyer has the obligation to keep the product in good condition and return it unwashed and not damaged. The Seller will promptly repay the amount paid.
Products present on special section called “Sample Love” are not subject to cancellation or refund once shipped due to their specific nature of samples; defects and misalignments compared to standard products are displayed and described in advance to avoid misunderstanding.
RETURNS
All returns must be authorized by Seller before being shipped.
In order to obtain a return authorization, Buyer must contact the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Order. Fake, damaged, or defective Product must be reported promptly within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the item.
Each Product must be made in its original state and accompanied by the original labels and case. The returned damaged product may be rejected or returned to the Buyer at the discretion of Seller.
Seller is not responsible for delays or loss of parcels shipped by the Buyer.
Refund will be made in the same payment method used on the Order within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Original shipping charges and any additional charges (ie customs) are not refundable.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All international shipments for returns must indicate “Return of Italian Merchandise” on the customs declaration. Without this term, the yield may not reach the destination or incur additional costs.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
- Describe the reason for your return in a e-mail to info@federicoserrani.it
- Place the Product(s) in the original shipping box.
- Close the box and tape it securely.

TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable law and as detailed in Seller’s Privacy Policy and in particular GDPR 2016/679.
MAJOR FORCE
The Seller excludes liability in the event of force majeure that prevents or delayed the performance of the contract.
After 30 working days without the event being resolved, the Buyer will have the right to terminate the contract and to repay the amount paid.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Conditions are governed by Italian law (including, without limitation, articles 50 to 61 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code – on distance contracts). To the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws, any action or dispute concerning these Conditions shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer’s Court of First Instance if in Italy and within the jurisdiction of the Milan Tribunal if Buyer is resident in other countries.
